Tackles ageism through intergenerational activity across Scotland via the delivery of training, support, research, events and an awards programme giving depth of learning choices. This will reduce isolation & loneliness, ageism, improve mental health and physical wellbeing, improve community cohesion and create strong and sustainable friendships between people of different generations.
