Move On - Inspiring Scotland

Building Brighter Futures Fund

Move On

Move On works in Glasgow and Edinburgh supporting vulnerable young people and those affected by homelessness to take control of their lives and achieve their aspirations and goals.

Investment from BBFF enables Move On to deliver a person-centred, trauma informed and flexible service, featuring: 1:1 longer-term transition support (including 1:1 mentoring), personal development, employability group work and work placements.  Young people will gain qualifications and have continuing access to flexible support once in work.  Support is also provided to employers on an ongoing basis.  Young people gain vital skills for work and qualifications whilst on placement at Move On’s two trading social enterprises.
