Stranraer YMCA is a small local charity which was re-established in 2009 to tackle the lack of quality play and free/low cost social provision for children and young people in Stranraer and the surrounding area.
Over the years they have grown considerably and now offer more sessions to children and young people than ever before. Stranraer YMCA not only provide a wide range of active play and learning opportunities for children and young people, they also involve parents, carers and the community too.
The first 14 projects supported by the Neighbourhood Ecosystem Fund will kick start their local nature restoration projects this month.
