Increating Understanding of Autism
SWAN (Scottish Women’s Autism Network) works to improve the lives of autistic girls and women in Scotland, and to develop a positive narrative around autism in females.
This project will address the barriers faced by autistic women and girls in getting an autism diagnosis and accessing the health care and support they need. They will offer peer support and educate service providers about the needs and experiences of autistic women and girls.
