Laura joins Inspiring Scotland from the sport sector having worked across a number of areas including operations, governance and development.
In her most recent role as a Community Project Co-ordinator for the Scottish Football Association, Laura was involved in a number of projects which sought to use the power of football to positively impact society. She has led on the Scottish FA’s refugee and para (disability) football programmes and has worked closely with charities and associations to demonstrate their impact.
Through this work Laura has become passionate about social change and is undertaking a Master’s degree in Social Policy at Strathclyde University. She is excited about putting the skills and knowledge gained so far to good use with the Delivering Equally Safe team.
The survey aims to capture information on third sector organisations who are delivering Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH) services in Scotland and will be used to inform future developments in the sector. We would like to hear from third sector organisations delivering PIMH support and organisations and agencies who refer families to third sector PIMH services.
