Steven is a Performance and Impact Advisor with the Equality and Human Rights Fund. He has a long history of working with and in the third sector. He worked in Scottish Government Third Sector Unit and the National Lottery Community Fund and then for almost 19 years led Evaluation Support Scotland – a third sector organisation that supports the third sector and funders to measure and explain their impact. He has volunteered for a number of third sector organisations including an ethnic minority befriending project and he has sat on boards including the Association of Chief Officers of Voluntary Organisations and Eczema Outreach Support. In his spare time Steven enjoys running, swimming and going to concerts – though not all at the same time!
