Dundee Carers Centre provides a Self-directed Support Service for carers and disabled people in Dundee & Angus, helping them to make informed choices about their social care support and how it is delivered. Support is provided at all stages of accessing and using a social care budget, including information provision at the outset and throughout, help to prepare for and participate in meetings, help to identify and develop personal outcomes, support to access community resources and PA employer support.
