Support in the Right Direction
Independent Living Association Forth Valley provides information and pre-assessment support with social care and self-directed support in Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire. This helps people to understand outcomes and support planning, the assessment process, and how human rights underpin self-directed support, helping them to be prepared, contribute throughout the process and explore their options. This is achieved through a combination of 1:1 support, group-based workshops and training, and peer support.
