E&HR Project A bespoke employability programme that helps to prepare Deaf ethnic minority people enter employment, education, or training. By working in partnership with support services we help members overcome barriers to work including homelessness, mental health, and financial hardship. Scottish Rugby Union

Scottish Rugby Union is the national body for rugby union in Scotland and through CashBack for Communities runs the CashBack Schools of Rugby in the theme Sport for Change. The project will form 15 new CashBack Schools of Rugby at host secondary schools in some of the most deprived areas in Scotland.
