PEEK - Inspiring Scotland

Thrive Outdoors

PEEK

Part of Organised Outdoor Community Play Fund and GCC Active Play Fund.

Possibilities for Each and Every Kid was established in 2000 and has been operating for 20 years as a charity supporting children and young people aged 0-25 years and their families impacted by poverty across Glasgow.

Through play, creative arts and community development projects, children and young people and their families are offered opportunities to discover and develop skills, increase confidence and self-esteem and improve their wellbeing as they Play, Create and Thrive.

Through Thrive Outdoors, PEEK will deliver 10 after-school play sessions per week and during school holidays in various neighbourhoods across Glasgow.

PEEK believe that children are the experts in play. Their ‘Play Rangers’ act as a play champion for children by encouraging and supporting them to reclaim places and spaces in the community for play such as playgrounds, parks, streets and open spaces.
