With OFN investment, Yipworld delivers an outreach youth work model to vulnerable young people aged 16-25 years old in rural communities across East Ayrshire. With a focus on improving health and wellbeing (particularly mental health) young people are assisted to progress towards positive action and ultimately to sustainable employment. Staff will work in partnership with community-based organisations and mentor young people and adults, helping to build their confidence and gain the essential skills to become active citizens in their community and beyond.
