We offer both face to face or online counselling support for new and/or expectant parents who are struggling to cope with day to day life and/or transitioning to parenthood. This may be due to birth trauma, anxiety, low mood, self-identity, self-esteem, relationship issues or childhood trauma. We offer a non-judgmental space to help our clients explore their issues and help them to identify coping mechanisms to support them in the here, and now.
