Topics include self-care, coping with grief and common feelings about miscarriage.
1.1 listening service: Our trained support team offer a judgement free, confidential space for sharing your feelings and experiences following miscarriage or during pregnancy after loss, via video or phone call.
Other support includes: Memory boxes and support packs posted for free, our ‘you are not alone’ podcast, a private Facebook group and regular support and information through social media, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
