Amber believes that everyone deserves the chance to thrive and is passionate about amplifying marginalised voices to address social inequalities.
Amber has a wide range of work experience across the retail and hospitality sector including running her own business. This was a creative collective where she worked as a nail artist and sold the work of local female and non-binary creatives. During this time, she connected with several third sector organisations, that inspired the next phase of her career. During lockdown Amber began studying towards a degree in psychology and criminology at The Open University. As well as working freelance where she offered her organisational and problem-solving skills to support small businesses in their development.
Amber is enthusiastic about the opportunity to drive meaningful societal change and use her skills to support voluntary sector organisations while working at Inspiring Scotland.
