Ben joined Inspiring Scotland in November 2021, bringing 20 years of experience from across fund management, local government, small business and third sector organisations to the management of the CashBack for Communities Fund.
Ben is motivated by a desire to maximise the opportunities available for youth across Scotland, particularly those from disadvantaged communities and areas of deprivation. With a keen interest in the outdoors, sports and arts, he is a proponent of the strong personal benefits such activities offer.
Ben is excited to apply his background in finance and experience in community-led activity to support the CashBack for Communities portfolio and help maximise the outcomes, impact and capacity of partner organisations.
