Carolyn McFarlane

Carolyn has worked as a GTC Scotland registered teacher in early years and primary settings.  Working in both voluntary and public sectors, Carolyn has focused on training and supporting establishments and groups keen to develop their practice in outdoor learning for the last 10 years.

Carolyn is passionate about the importance of outdoor play and learning as fundamental to making Scotland a great place to grow up. She is committed to opening up opportunities for outdoor learning and play and to working with colleagues to build our capacity to make that happen.

Carolyn enjoys walking, cycling and exploring, playing and learning and being with friends and family.
