Jennifer has a background in teaching English as a Second Language alongside over 5 years’ experience working in the Third Sector from working as a project and funding officer to most recently developing participatory grant programmes alongside people with lived experience of dementia.
Jennifer has a strong belief that the inclusion of people with lived experience in the design and development of projects and programmes is crucial to creating long standing positive social change. She is committed to improving young people’s mental health and is a trustee of a local charity which provides trauma-informed coaching and counselling to young people.
Outside work, you’ll likely find Jen either running at a football match or on a dog walk with her beloved cocker spaniel Rey.
