Natalia Sarmadzhieva

Natalia has 15 years’ of experience in luxury retail management across different continents. Her love and passion for supporting, coaching and developing people, naturally drove her career towards Human Recourses. Natalia has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and in 2021 she successfully completed her CIPD Level 5 diploma in Human Recourses Management. She believes that the new technologies and social platforms are great ways to communicate and connect but can hardly replace the human interaction. Natalia is very passionate about activities related to children outdoor playing, mental health, active lifestyle, and overall contribution for improving community wellbeing and learning. In her spare time, she loves to take walks in the nature and enjoys high intensity training and CrossFit.

Today (14th May 2025) a new £3 million Bright Start Breakfasts Fund will open to applications.  The fund will expand access to breakfast clubs for primary school children by combining provision of healthy and nutritious breakfast food with before-school supervision or childcare enabling early drop off for parents to support them to work or study.
