Norma is part of the Delivering Equally Safe team and brings extensive experience in the third sector gained through a range of development and support roles within local and national charities.
She is committed to the positive impact that the third sector can make within social justice and equalities.
She also volunteers with a couple of charities supporting young people and particularly enjoys working with those that find it difficult to access mainstream support.
During lockdown she is trying to keep involved and active, walking and exploring her local area, practicing hula hoop, and getting to grips with making sourdough bread.
