Scott Guild

Scott is the Propositions Director within the Insurance, Pensions, and Investments division at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). With over 30 years of experience in financial services, Scott has spent the last 14 years at LBG, holding various roles including 9 years as Finance Director, supporting multiple businesses in executing major transformation programs.

Scott is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has held a diverse range of finance and non-finance roles across several organisations. He is also the Chair of St Crispin’s Out Of School Care Association, a local Edinburgh charity providing after-school services for children with complex learning disabilities and autism.

Scott joined the Inspiring Scotland Board in 2024.
