According to a Harvard Business Review survey (February 2021) the pandemic has resulted in the vast majority of us struggling with general wellbeing—of the nearly 1,500 people surveyed from 46 countries, 89% reported that workplace well-being has negatively changed.
So, what exactly is wellbeing and what can we do about it? This virtual workshop series, The Foundations of Leadership Wellbeing will explore what it means to cultivate wellbeing and its connections to emotional intelligence. It will also share tools and practices for leaders to use, so they can develop their own well-being competencies and bring them to life in their organisational culture. This course is open to leaders or aspiring leaders working with neurodivergent people.
We are delighted to announce Sarah Griffiths as The Foundations of Leadership Wellbeing course facilitator.
Sarah is a leadership professional with extensive experience facilitating for change. She works to create positive organisational cultures and performance models and offers professional development, structured reflection, and coaching that support the personal growth necessary for organisational success.
‘Sarah was the best facilitator I have ever come across: so calm, responsive and in tune with the needs of the group, as well as being very knowledgeable.’ – Children in Scotland Manager
