The Equality and Human Rights fund is a Scottish Government fund administered by Inspiring Scotland. It supports work to promote equality and human rights and tackle discrimination in line with relevant Scottish Government strategies. The fund distributes £8 million each year from October 2021 to March 2026 and funds a portfolio of 47 organisations.
Between them, the funded organisations champion people’s rights in relation to age, disability, gender, LGBTQI+ and race equality, as well as human rights overall. They support individuals and provide expert training, advice and evidence for organisations and policymakers.
